In our area, many of the homes are built with crawl spaces instead of basements. For many years, these were constructed with open vents to the outside where were intended to help fresh air flow into the area and keep it dry. Unfortunately, this is rarely what happens. Encapsulation will also prevent rodents and animals from moving in your crawl space which will keep any appliances there safe and allow you to use it for storage. Once your crawl space is encapsulated, if necessary we can install a series of floor jacks to stabilize sinking floors above the crawl space.
