We do this using a process called encapsulation which is the installation of a heavy duty liner, sometimes accompanied by insulation products, which are sturdy plastic and vinyl sheeting as well as covers to close off existing vents and a sturdy door that will seal the area completely and stop any excess moisture from entering. This will also stop critters and animals from settling in your crawl space which will help keep any items there safe and allow you to use it for storage. Once the crawl space is protected, if you need it we will install a system of floor jacks to lift sloping floors above the crawl space.
