As long as there have been crawl spaces, they were created with vents which was intended to increase air flow through the space and keep it dry. Unfortunately, the opposite is usually what happens. Encapsulation will also stop rodents and animals from getting in the crawl space which will keep any equipment there safe and allow you to use it for storage. After the crawl space is protected, if you need it we can install a series of floor jacks to repair sinking floors above the crawl space.
